RETAIL ORDERS

For all online retail orders, Klothwork uses a variety of domestic shipping companies such as USPS, FedEx & UPS. We will provide an accurate tracking number once your package has been shipped. If any items are out of stock, after you’ve placed your order, a salesperson will notify you as soon as possible.

SHIPPING FEES

  • ORDER $75 or more and get free shipping 
  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, size and zip code

*Flat Rate & Free Shipping methods apply to all U.S. States.

SHIPPING METHOD

  • Order Processing Time: 0-2 business days
  • Actual Ship Time: 5-8 business days (please allow additional time for shipments going to Hawaii or Alaska)
  • Days are calculated on business days which are considered Monday through Friday and exclude Federal Holidays within the United States.
  • All orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
  • Klothwork is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed and verified via the tracking number provided at the time of shipment.
  • During the holiday’s our carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) may experience delays in shipping

WHOLESALE ORDERS

For wholesale shipping fees and methods, please consult with your Klothwork sales person prior to placing your order.  Klothwork uses a multiple shipping companies for all of the US.  All orders are FOB from our West Coast Warehouse.  Orders shipped by your requested freight carrier will be shipped Freight Collect (wholesale orders only). Klothwork will not be responsible for shipments to third parties.

  • All shipping and handling fees will be calculated and charged separately after your order is placed

SHIPPING METHOD

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund for the goods as long as the following criteria are met:

ONLINE ORDERS

  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • Once your return is received and passes inspection, refunds will be received in the original form of payment.
  • Please note certain credit cards may take an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to post to your account.
  • Priority and International Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Some products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs and fees for returning and/or exchanging item(s) (flat rate shipping, free shipping and coupons do not apply)

You must include a copy of the original packing list/invoice in the original (or comparable) box along with a written explanation for your return.  For full return instructions and mailing address, please send an email to returns@klothwork.com and a sales representative will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been credited. Please allow any additional time your bank may require to process the refund to your account. The item(s) are 100% your responsibility until it reaches us. Klothwork is not responsible for damaged or lost items in transit.  We HIGHLY recommend using an insured courier (e.g. FedEx, USPS or UPS) with a tracking number and save your receipt.  The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

You may return goods within 14 days of receipt of your shipment and receive a full refund. Goods must be in perfect, unworn and unaltered condition. No return will be allowed without a written return authorization number and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

*ATTENTION SCREEN PRINTERS AND EMBROIDERERS

Please examine all merchandise prior to decorating.  Under no circumstances will merchandise be returned if embellished, dyed, processed or altered in any way.  Certain items are not 100% discharge friendly so please be responsible for your own testing.
